Email Hider Service - Terms and Conditions

1. Definitions

The following terms and conditions (the "Terms and Conditions") govern your use of Kephyr's Email Hider Service, the Service. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Kephyr reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without notice.

4. Usage

You may not use the service to generate revenues.

5. How email addresses are handled

The Service, does not store, collect, log, transfer your email address. Your email address is encrypted into the HTML link that the service generates for you. This statement is permanent, thus overruling "2. Changes".

6. Potential drawbacks

You understand that there can be potential drawbacks using the service, such as that visually impaired users will not be able to see your email address unless you provide the alternative URL, that the service might from time to time be unavailable, due to, but not limited to maintenance or network problems.

7. Standards

The service and its output tries to maximum extent to follow existing web standards. The generation form, generation form output, email address renderer, Terms and Conditions document and CSS StyleSheet all validates as W3C HTML 4.01 Transitional or W3C CSS.

8. Advertising

The usage of the service consumes bandwidth and CPU resources where the service is hosted. You acknowledge that we might add nonintrusive "Google-style" ads (see the bottom of this page) in the service to finance the service. We will under no circumstances use pop-ups, pop-unders or any other type of aggressive advertising. This statement is permanent, thus overruling "2. Changes".
