A pop-up blocker must be easy to enable and disable. It should
be possible to disable it with one or two mouse clicks, or even better,
with some by-pass key such as Control or Shift.
This web page will
open a pop-up window every 10 seconds and it
should NOT be killed when you have disabled the pop-up killer.

it is difficult to disable it
or if the pop-up window is killed.
