  5. Browse to the key:
    'HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SOFTWARE \ Microsoft \ Windows \ CurrentVersion \ Run'
  6. In the right pane, delete the values called 'SysMemory manager', 'SNInstall' and 'aupd', if they exists.
  7. Browse to the key:
    'HKEY_CURRENT_USER \ SOFTWARE \ Microsoft \ Windows \ CurrentVersion \ Run'
  8. In the right pane, delete the values called 'SysMemory manager', 'SNInstall' and 'aupd', if they exists.
  9. Exit the registry editor.
  10. Start Windows Explorer and delete:
    c:\winld32.dll
    %SystemDir%\zlbw.dll
    %SystemDir%\winacpi.dll
    %SystemDir%\spanner.exe
    %SystemDir%\ps.a3d
    %SystemDir%\msnethlp32.exe
    %SystemDir%\msnethlp32.dll
    %SystemDir%\cssrs.exe
    %SystemDir%\$$$_.log
    %WinDir%\kl.exe
    %WinDir%\hammer.exe
    %WinDir%\desktop.html
    %SystemDir%\symcsvc.exe
    %SystemDir%\appwiz.dll
    %SystemDir%\mdms.exe
    %SystemDir%\drct16.dll
    %SystemDir%\tcpG4T.dll
  11. Start Microsoft Internet Explorer.
  12. In Internet Explorer, click Tools -> Internet Options.
  13. Click the Programs tab -> Reset Web Settings.
