   %SystemDir%\\htproc32.dll
   %SystemDir%\\msupdate32.dll

7. Start Microsoft Internet Explorer.
8. In Internet Explorer, click Tools -> Internet Options.
9. Click the Programs tab -> Reset Web Settings.
