sysstartup.exe's size is only 3 KB. Looking inside the does not reveal much
about its source and purpose. From sysstartup.exe:
"regsvr32 /s /c "%s"Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Settings Executable Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run jopa"
Sysstartup.jopa is also linking the CreateProcess system call which may
indicated that Sysstartup.jopa
