TOPicks.B
Overview
TOPicks.B is an Internet Explorer toolbar that shows sponsored links to other sites.
When downloading and installing TOPicks.B from the vendor's site it
does not show an end user license agreement. DoxDesk.com reports that
TOPicks.B can silently download and execute unsigned code from its controlling server
tpdownload.topicks.com.
From the vendor:
"You acknowledge and agree that Idium may process information gathered from different
Users visiting the Website or using or downloading material from the Service for the
purpose of building a profile of User interests and activities. Based on this profile,
Idium may send you advertisements, offers and content, and provide you with the full
benefits of the Service. As we aggregate this type of information about all of our members,
we offer aggregated summaries to our advertisers and other interested parties so that they
can learn what products and services are most popular to consumers."

From the vendor:
"TOPicks also has distribution agreements with other popular Internet software,
that provide TOPicks as a bundled bonus to their users. If you have TOPicks
on your computer, and you have not installed it yourself, this is probably
how it was installed. These types of distribution agreements enable software
companies to keep great Internet software free."
