CWS.msaps change your Search Page, Start Page, Default_Page_URL and Local Page to "res://msaps.dll/search.html" or "res://msaps.dll/index.html", identified by the following registry keys:

4. Now you should be able to reset your browser settings without CWS.msaps interfering
