- Delete 'HKEY_CURRENT_USER \ SOFTWARE \ Microsoft \ Internet Explorer \ Toolbar \ WebBrowser \ {07B18EA9-A523-4961-B6BB-170DE4475CCA}', if it exists.
- Exit the registry editor.
- Restart your computer.
- Start Microsoft Internet Explorer.
- In Internet Explorer, click Tools -> Internet Options.
- Click the Programs tab -> Reset Web Settings.
